Takato Natsui Professor Meiji University

Takato Natsui is a professor at the faculty of law, Meiji University, Tokyo, Japan. He is also a practicing lawyer at Hayabusa Asuka Law Office, Tokyo, Japan. His specialties are Cyberlaw (including cybercrimes, electronic commerce, privacy protection and digital intellectual property), labor law and legal informatics. He is a former judge (1983-1997). Also he has been working as a researcher relating to information security on the Internet, and worked as a member of some special committees in the Japanese government.
